I have been contacting phone for a week...and had several conversations with your employees. The issue has been my loss of original minutes (3,627 minutes), from my trac phone when I added additional minutes. Each time I spoke with your representative I was told to call back with 72hours, 48hours, etc., etc. as they had to have this explored with your loss and prevention department. On Oct. 29 I spoke with a James, (he gave..which was apparently bogus. since the last rep told me she could not verify him)..He (James), informed me I definitely would be reimbursed with the minutes today when I called back. Tonite I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to your employee named "Lovely"...she checked with loss and prevention and told me they again wanted me to call back in 48 hours. I insisted on staying on the line as I have exhausted my personal time trying to resolve this problem. She then told me I would not be reimbursed for the lost minutes (3627minutes) and my only recourse was to write this complaint. I have used a trac phone along with many other family and friends and have never had this problem. I am asking for your serious consideration in offering some compensation, if not full reimbursement of this financial loss of tracphone minutes. Thank you in advance for any and all consideration.
