Original Comment After reading several of the comments below, I understand why Thrifty requests that people avoid using profanity. My comments pretty much mirror past comments: I had a rental reservation, arrived on time to the Thrifty Blue Chip counter and was told I had no reservation. Lots of &quot;I'm sorry's&quot; from them, but no help. I had to talk to customer service on my own and was left with no choice but to rent a car at the &quot;same-day&quot; rental price--$200 more than my reservation's quoted price.<br /> This is the second &quot;lost reservation&quot; episode with Thrifty. I can't afford the stress or the money required to rent from Thrifty. So...on to the next rental company NOT affiliated in any way with Thrifty. It's a sad thing.
