My Tracfone is worthless to me. It keeps popping up with a Google search message and has been reset several times. I was told today that some models have this defect and to fix the problem I will have to buy a new phone. Tell me why would I do that? I hope other customers will read my review and turn to a more reputable company. (Maybe a company that cares about customer service)
