Original Comment Went to KFC on 11-10-2015 in marion Indiana ordered a 16 peace meal. well when got home dropped it off to family cause was heading to work. opened it up to grab peace to take with me bit into it wasn't even done plus instead of get large MSH an large CSLAW got small. an it also comes with 8 biscuits plus order 4 extra well only got 4 biscuits not the 8 that comes with it. so called store an asked to speak to manager explained what happened. said sry about that training some new people but we Will make it right. took my name an my #off my reciept. told me he wrote it all down in book just keep my reciept an bring it in when i was ready an meal would be replaced. well when i did what he told me to do it didn't happen. was told that's not how we do things. so anyway called the customer service number on the 24 cause that's when i tried get my order that was suppose to be in book. well told them what happened lady says well can send u out some free coupons but it won't be near the 42.56 that i spent for meal or can have someone higher up call u i said i just want my chicken really she said for refund or replacement has to come from upper management.so i said ok this is 12-9-2015 still no call from upper mang an called last friday morning to tell them haven't heard anything said it was sent to upper mang but we resend it again so i calling again today an its not going to be nice i mean really gotta go through all this just to get my order replaced that they srewed up. well now i want my order replaced an money back for all the bullhit had to do. AN THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AN A FEW OTHERS.
