Since January 2015 I have been taking a medication on a daily basis. Every so often I would check their web site to see if is covered, only to find out it was not covered under my plan. In November I checked and it was now covered. I made a few calls to express scripts and was told it had been covered since the first of the year! Yet for 10 months their web site said differently. Going by their web site I told the pharmacy not to bother to run it through costing me $230 or so per month.<br /> <br /> I wrote a letter to their president/ceo and have been working with Melanie in their presidential escalation department. I sent her the receipts and she told me a refund would be on the way. I am seeking the difference between what I paid and my copay. <br /> <br /> Still waiting for the refund, checked my account with them and they are being denied as I should have gone mail order. She was supposed to fix it. I leave messages for her, no response. My next letter goes to the FDA.
