Original Comment Joined the Taunton, MA location for $10(was a prior member years ago) was told by the girl that I could bring a guest. I brought my husband in one day and the Manager came looking for me in the changing area calling my name out loud when I responded she said "your a $10 member and there is liability in having your husband workout here" "if you join for $19.99 he can then come. So, for another $10 there is no liability! She was so rude and spoke to me like I was stealing $10 from them. When I tried to explain that I was told I could bring someone when I originally signed up she said " I don't care what you were told" so I cancelled my membership right then and there. By the way, she yelled at my husband in the middle of the floor while working out. We are appalled to find out this is your General Manager. I will contacting World Headquarters in regards to her behavior and treatment. On another note, does it take 5 people at the front desk doing nothing accept watching people swipe their cards? On another occasion I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the desk.. I won't even mention security at this location
