I checked in the Desoto, TX Days on March 2, 2016. I left the room to picked up something to eat, after eating I put the rest of my meal in the refrigerator for the next day. After turning the refrigerator to a cooler tempt I notice it wasn't getting cooler. I asked the front day if they could bring me another refrigerator, but they say no and that maintenance had went home but they would have someone come first this in the morning. Good thing I had a cooler so I was able to put my food on ice until the next day. Well it 12:41pm the next day and I have not heard from the hotel management nor any has contacted me to address the issue. I need the refrigerator because I have check in for 3 days. I feel like they are ignoring me and don't want to address my issues. But mind you they have charged my card for the full 3 days of stay but now don't want to take care of equipment they offer as part of the room accommodations.
