Original Comment As I read the other comments I can see that I am not the only one who got robbed of their money! I booked a apartment hotel in Miami (Servirants) on January 24 for a trip for my birthday on May 13-15. I selected the rooms where I could pay at the hotel when I arrived. After I booked the hotel I received an email stating that I wouldn't charged until I checked out or checked in. Well the very next day I was charged! $499.32 to be exact! I was furious so I cancelled the room thinking I would get my money back. Well I didn't. Called hotels.com and pretty much got the run around the manager is suppose to be working on it but still haven't got any results yet! I will never book through this website again!
