This service sucks, I've had trac phone for over years and I'm done with them now. I went with the straight talk and my phone broke and I told them I could not go with out a phone because I have a daughter with MS and she has to be able to get a hold of me if necessay they said they were sending a phone and them today they shut me off for no reason I'm paid til the end of the month. So I'm going to another phone carrier
