March 10, 2016 I called to Days Inn Havelock, NC directly to the Hotel. Front desk receptionist her name is Brenda, was very un friendly and unprofessional. she was so rude, I tried asking her some question to make reservation for the weekend she proceeded to raise her voice and laugh at the question. I specifically told her that we stayed last year at the same hotel and they gave us a county discount since the Onslow county recreation for Distict Coordinator referred us to Days Inn her answer was so rude, her comment was "I dont know what you talking about and we arent Onslow county" maybe if she takes the time to listen to the customer and try to be very Ignorant person, she would have eventually understand what I was talking about. I told her that she does not need to raise her voice to me and also she tried to have me repeat 3 times. I will definatelly let the Onslow board of directors know to get Days Inn name of the list since the customer service is very poor and rude. BRENDA, should not be trying to answer any of the customer in comming calls, it is a poor customer service.
