Original Comment Please help me. I have been a customer of Net10 for almost 8 years, and whenever I have needed airtime, I dial the 877 number and buy 900 minutes using the automated voice. It takes less than 5 minutes. Yesterday, I tried to do the same, but was interrupted by a human (barely intelligible), who said I needed a new phone that they would mail me. I said I needed my phone now, and asked if it would be good for another month or so. The person said I had 2 months at least, and added 900 minutes to my phone. Last night, I discovered my 8 year-old number had been deactivated and changed to When I called and asked why, they said I must have done it, but I did not. Now, my screen flashes Unregistered SIM, the people at net10 are no help, and they say I'm screwed until I buy a new phone. I've been misled, lied to, and I've spent approximately 5 hours on the phone<br /> <br /> ne and in chat rooms. I am disabled and can't get out to get a new phone and so I'm facing a weekend with no way to contact emergency services, and it'asll because I gave you my money. Please help fix this problem that Net10 caused. The people I have talked to so far can barely speak English and have hurt me, instead of help.
