Original Comment Good Monday Morning Corporate staff,<br /> <br /> I'm VERY disappointed with the staff behavior and UNPROFESSIONAL like conduct at a recent stay for an overnight visit to Hershey,Pa Days Inn.We have stayed at multiple hotels in that area and have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful by the front office staff.We wanted to sit in the lobby with our friends and family Saturday evening after returning from a State function to watch the BB play off &amp; first we were told,&quot;NOT ON HERE&quot;!!!! My son asked to use remote and did locate the game,so we gathered to watch it in the lobby rather than in a room.(by the way,the place was loud with people slamming doors and talking,but we did NOT complain)<br /> My adult son was called a name using profanity and when he approached the person &quot;Cindy&quot; at the front desk and said &quot;I heard what you said&quot;,he was told he was &quot;nuts&quot;!!!!! I am absolutely appalled that any person employed in the public would speak to anyone in such a way!!!We had already decided this is NOT the caliber of people where we chose to do business.Really????<br /> I called the place this AM after noting I was charged for a daily-in room safe fee,of which I did NOT use,and was advised I should have refuted my charge at check out.I have been at hotels/motels that you are charged ONLY after using it!!!<br /> <br /> Of course,I will not recommend Days Inn at 350 Chocolate Ave,Hershey,Pa.17033 to anyone I know &amp; I don't plan to to use it myself ever again!!!! We travel to Hershey for several functions each year,my first time at Days Inn , my LAST!!! <br /> <br /> Respectfully,<br /> <br /> A very disappointed first and last customer of Days Inn
