Your customer policies and customer services represntative's knowledge leave a lot to be desired. It took over two weeks to get a replacement phone for the one that died. When I bought a cheap phone to use in the interim I was not told how many minutes, data and mega bytes of data I would loose because of company policy. At the end I asked for an email address to express by feelings of this whole fiasco and was given the WRONG email address. Imagine that!!! POOR!!!!!!!!! Experience! Also frustrating that it takes almost an act of God to get a human on the phone that you can actually talk with.
