Original Comment UNINFORMED, UNHELPFUL, UNREASONABLE, UNFRIENDLY Tracfone customer service. We were told phone was disconnected due to internet data minute expiration. We know we have phone & text message minutes still PAID FOR available for use, but the entire phone was DISCONNECTED. I requested an investigation because an error was obviously made. I should be able to use the phone and text portion OR get a refund for the unused phone & text minutes. The 3rd C.S. rep. told me there will be no investigation and "Tracfone terms and conditions allow them to discontinue phone service at any time for any reason". THIS IS A CONSUMER RIP OFF AND HORRIBLE CORPORATE POLICY. We plan to contact Consumer Affairs Bureau.
