Original Comment I enjoy working out at Planet Fitness. But, I do not like the fact that, I had informed the St. Cloud, FL location of my situation back in 2012 and was told that they will document my reasons for discontinuing my membership. I thought everything was finalized. Come to find out that, they never stopped my membership. Once, I signed up again. I was informed that I have to pay a balance due in order for me to continue being a member.<br /> <br /> I am very disappointed out how things were handled by the St. Cloud, FL location staff and how, I am expected to pay the balance due.<br /> <br /> I would like someone from the Headquarters to investigate the situation.
