Dear Sir/Madam:<br /> I just tried to order a Tracfone for my son last week. It arrived yesterday, being the wrong phone. Upon phoning Tracfone today, and 3 calls later because first of all I could not understand the man at all, 2ndly I was disconnected from Rose, and thirdly, the man (John)told me to send it back. Since it was your mistake by sending me the wrong phone, and I am 80 years old, it is quite inconvenient to have to take this phone back to the post office. However, Tracfone is not responsible for this error. Also, they could find no record of my Order # and they did not send me an e-mail regarding my order. But I do have a bill that came with the wrong phone so that proves I ordered it. I am charged for the $29.99 phone (plus postage which was not supposed to be charged because it was on a special), but I got a $19.99 phone and since my son had a $19.99 phone before that did not have good reception, I went to the $30.00 phone. At any rate, may I just say that the service is lousy - nobody got this order right. I will have to trek this phone to the post office on Tuesday, and I am still wondering whether you will ever get this order right. And then I have to go through the process to get the phones switched. This is a horrible experience with people that do not know what they are doing.
