Original Comment We have had tracfone for several years. Early last year suddenly our Texas phone would not work in Oklahoma. Over time the service has come down to nothing. No service. Now, they say my address is no longer covered. When I got on chat they blamed the weather and then the address. We have almost 4000 minutes on three phones. I re-activated a phone with a Oklahoma area code. Now, it does not work. Now, chat will not work for me. I got a runaround answer on if Texas is in their coverage area. Then they logged off. Now, unable to chat
