Original Comment Have LG 236 C Trac phone Paid $129.00 for 800 minutes on March 31, 2016.By around June 11, 2016 was told I have 0 minutes. Phone # is 301-873-6570 Talked to 3 people on phone...2 are supervisors. All gave me the same response that is &quot;You've used all 800 minutes.&quot; This use of 800 minutes is absolutely impossible as the phone belongs to my 90 year old brother in assisted living here in D.C. He uses his landline phone always and very seldom even carries this cell phone when he gets out which is very seldom also. He is of sound mind, therefore knows when he does and does not use his cell. I believe that someone at Trac has erased all but about 10 minutes of the 800. I believe that Trac has his $129.00 and my brother did not get what he paid for here. Yes, it is only our word against Trac, however, these 800 minutes were just erased by someone there whether accidently or deliberately, After going round and round with the supervisor (didn't get his name..something like Charles) he offered 30 minutes. No help, I need what we paid for that is 1 year/800 minutes. That supervisor than just hung up on me. Talked with another supervisor earlier, Donier. BTW We have 4 TracFones in our family at the moment. So far, have spent 3 hours trying to resolve this issue. <br /> <br /> Thank you for taking the time to help out a TracFone user.<br /> <br /> Elizabeth Rogers
