HELP

As a professional in the food service industry over the pass 2 decades, an immediate investigation is warranted at the Fort Irwin Burger King #15559 for Food and Safety code violations.
Food and Safety violation for using over the counter pesticides to kill pest inside the restaurant with numerous cans of the (HOT SHOTS ®) Bug killer. Unauthorized for the use in the commercial food industry; which contains the active ingredients (Permethrin; d trans Allethrin) said to: have tangible neurotoxic effects on mammals and birds, including human beings.
But not limited to failure of Management to maintain proper working food handling (PHU) units and air conditioning through out the entire facility.
In my observance: attention to this matter should be seriously addressed.
To the best of my knowledge, Burger King employ a professional license pest control company; specializing in the control of pest in it's restaurant locations, as a result employee's in the preparation of it's food are not at risk of a accidental insecticide poisoning to it's public (a "neurotoxin").
In the alternative (Management retraining) would provide a safer and better work environment; therefore maintaining the high standards associated with Burger King overall satisfaction.
Respectfully submitted

Thursday, June 23, 2016
whistleblower _ whistleblower,
