I too have also purchased a nice dishwasher from Sears (Kenmore) and to my dismay not 8 months later the top tray is broken. I have been a long time customer of Kenmore products and it's very sad that products can't be made to last as in earlier years. What does this say about your company? Do you even read these comments? I will think twice next time to purchase Kenmore products.
