Original Comment I started my journey with AAA in Sewell, NJ and specifically travel agent Susan Romer. My daughter, her fiancé and myself went into AAA office in October, set up an appointment to meet with the travel agent, Susan. We are planning a destination wedding in Punta Cana in January2017. We had 32 people interested in celebrating my daughters wedding with a possibility of 11 more to come. Every month I called, emailed and left voice messages for Susan. She started saying rates would not be out until February, which I was comfortable with. As months went by, we continued to hear rates were not out, charter contracts weren't signed. Then in June, Susan called and said I will get you the cost, over the weekend as charter contracts were signed. It's been over a month and still I have NOT heard anything. Frustrated I called Liberty Travel, and in one week, all plans for 30 travelers has been set up. We have 15 rooms booked and will be there from the 3rd-11th. Contracts have been signed, and wedding coordinator has been reached. How is it possible that this travel agency could accomplish what AAA couldn't do in 6 months? I am disappointed, frustrated and would never recommend this travel agency to anyone!! Feel free to contact me, although from my experience with AAA, no one cares or will call!!
