Original Comment I will be reporting Planet Fitness to the better business bureau if I do not receive my money back in my account. My annual membership dues was taken out in June as it has been for the past few years, then you took out October 1st and CAUSED AN OVERDRAFT OF $35.00. Spoke to both Folsom Branch managers and the higher manager whom both were very very ignorant. I am also contacting the media to let them know that I was informed that the CORPORATE OFFICE IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. $74.00. Bad business for the Corporation to have people like this own a Franchise. Judgement free haha. I was told by branch manager Domenic this happens all the time. NICE PLANET FITNESS IS A SCAM AND DOESN"T CARE ABOUT MEMEBERS>
