Original Comment My credit Card was charged without my authorization. I authorized 2 days which was Nov 13th and 14th. I specifically spoke with a gentleman named Jacob and I told him do not charge my credit passed the two days and if there is a problem to call me, never called me but charged my card for eight days. Last night 11/14/16 i spoke with Dana, and she assured me that something can absolutely be done about this situation that she would run this by the General Manager in morning, Morning of 11/15/16 I called and spoke with Brooke whom was very rude and very unprofessional. She told me to file a police report which I am going to do anyway because i have yet to hear from the general manager.
