Original Comment I stopped into the Amherst Ohio,location, 7628 S. Leavitt Rd on Saturday November 12, 2016. At that time there was a line of customers and also at that time the dollar general delivery truck had made a bad turn into the neighboring company and the trailer was hanging on the corner of the ditch. So there was a lot of talk in the store at that time. When I came up to the register to check out there was still a pretty good line of customers waiting and the line continued behind me as well. I noticed while waiting my turn, two of the 3 associates were outside on their phones, apparently more concerned by the truck than servicing the people inside. I felt bad for the one girl that was actually running the registers. One of the girls from outside finally came in (but not to help, still on the phone) and I heard her name was Brittany. maybe this tells you who was actually working, taking care of the customers when the other two didn't care to help before worrying about the truck they could do nothing about.
