Original Comment PNC Customer Service...NOT global and CANNOT THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX&quot;<br /> I have (2) accounts, (1) I have had since graduation from college in 1982 and<br /> the 2nd account since I have been renting my previous home for 4 years.<br /> Unfortunately, while vacationing during the Thanksgiving Holiday,I was utilizing the debit card associate with the account that had the least amount of money;and<br /> therefore incurred (7) overdraft fees @ $36.00 each for a total of $254! This was a honest mistake, as I had enough money in my primary account to cover these charges. However, when I contacted Customer Service the policy would not allow them to reverse all of the fees. What HORRIBLE &amp; INCONSIDERATE SERVICE for a client who has had an account with PNC for over 25 YEARS! I recently encouraged a friend open a PNC account as she was dissatisfied with Wells Fargo.<br /> I WILL BE CLOSING BOTH OF MY PNC ACCOUNTS! BEWARE IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, PNC IS NOT FORGIVING, NOT UNDERSTANDING AND FRANKLY THIS BAKING AGENCY &quot;JUST DO NOT CARE&quot; I recommend that YOU FIND ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTON!
