Incompetent reimbursement claims office. Incompetent Member Services team. <br /> This client is enduring 6 months of automated letters asking for the same documentation that has been submitted repeatedly. Endless phone calls. Departments cant speak to each other: ridiculousness &amp; frustrating. <br /> Warning Corporate &quot;Team&quot; ; you got way too big but not big enough to fall. <br /> And I am not stupid....
