Original Comment I have had their Android flip phone for 3 1/2 weeks and tried to get back up battery to have incase mine goes dead and without charger or power but no one and I mean NO ONE has this battery. I have tried every source including ZTE corporate office. Even they do not have. If my battery goes bad I cannot replace and my phone in usless and is good as trash. I called tracfone and got a rep. in India. After 1/2 hour with her I was no further than when I first called, I told her I wanted to return the phone, she said could not do unless it was broken. I said read the 30 day money back warranty. It was like talking to vending machine. Useless. I asked to be transferred to USA to American rep., said she could not do. I requested the phone number for the home office in Fl. she did not have. The only thing they do have; is excuses..
