Original Comment I wanted to switch to a smartphone when my renewal date was near. I was not advised that the leftover minutes (over 3500)on my flip phone would not be transferred to the smart phone. I had not activated the new phone when I discovered my time was about to run out so I called customer service. Of course I had to get a call back later from them. When I asked why I was getting a notice of time ending in 5 days when I had just purchased a years worth CS put me on hold and 16 min later she had not come back to me and I hung up and started over again. Found out they did not transfer from a "manager" who also "disappeared". I spent hours over this. If this is not rectified immediately I will return all for a refund and, since the main reason I was staying with tracphone was to keep those minutes, I will go elsewhere.
