Original Comment I ordered food from your firehouse sub company on October 31st and did not get what I ordered. I picked it up and went home and that is when I found out it was wrong I am not going to drive all the way back to get this corrected when I live 40 minutes away. That is what the manager of the branch implied. I told him his employees f....ed up and he started to cry that I was cussing at him and he was trying to help me. Which was not the case, he didn't try to help me at all. I want my money back!! He gave me NO service. Why would I want to come back there when nothing was ready on a to go order and everything was wrong. I would really like my money back. I ordered a large enginner, a large philly cheese steak, and a medium tuna.!!!
