Original Comment Had eye exam November 27, 2018 and ordered reading glasses. Received a call December 7,2018 glasses ready. Went to pick up glasses wrong prescription filled, I was assured the problem would be resolved and glasses expedited. Did not receive call or notification, went to the office 2340 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY December 17, 2018. Store manager on personal phone call, only got her attention when I told the young lady at the desk I want to cancel my order and get a refund. She proceeded to get off the phone, asked for my receipt, went in the back to place a call. After waiting I asked the desk lady to print my prescription and get my receipt. I requested a call as to the disposition of my case, as of today's date I not received a call, I notified my credit card company to place a dispute claim.
