Your outside customer service order operator service is not what I call Customer Service. I got a received Gift card for Christmas . fro. My sister for Red Lobster. I decided to use it today and I called on an order I thought everything was in order when I received a call from your store in Santa Fe NM where I'm from and I was asked if I had placed 2 orders. I responded , No I placed one order. The order taker from another state took my order and place s2 order because she went back and forth with upgrade prices , put me on hold 2 times to check of what you had pictured on your online menu existed as an order item. All I wanted was the 1/2 salmon with Brussels sprouts Edamame, a salad and yes maybe 6 biscuits . When I got a call back to clarity my ONE order , the poor girl from Santa Fe apologized does the confusion. I all in all want to compliment Erica D. From the Santa Fe store for accommodating me with getting my order right and comping the biscuits . I work for an HR office and I'm<br /> <br /> So glad I can relate to people and the public that call in to get a straight answer. And they are satisfied with my service. <br /> <br /> <br /> It was confusing trying to think of how to explain to you what happened. <br /> <br /> Please let your local employees receive orders , the customer service in your restaurant was awesome
