Good morning, my name is Moneysha and I WAS a 10yr customer with dish. I moved and changed my service over and I am assuming it was not transferred over. Recently your company took $380 from my bank acct without my knowledge and when I spoke with Nicole, her operating code is OFC ( well that's what she gave me). Who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and very unapologetic. I asked for the money to be returned and she refused saying it's a cancellation fee. Yet acknowledged I had been a customer for almost 10yrs. This will be the last time I utilize your services as the customer service I received was beyond horrible and left a bad taste in my mouth and do plan to make sure when asked the service, that I have previously bragged about. I will let them know about this encounter. It would have been completely different if they spoke with me previously and I authorized the funds but that was not the case and left me in a bad place financially. Then she said she did reach out to me, and when asked to verify how, she said she couldn't. Yet, she could take money without my knowledge or permission. What aweful service and I pray your company finds a better way to do business in the future.
