Original Comment Do you want a location that would be highly profitable? Lakewood Ranch, Fl is a planned community that is in the heart of it all. It is growing at a crazy pace and welcomes neighborhoods to the north and south. There is a grocery store, Earth Fare, closing all it's stores on state rd 70 and Lakewood Ranch Blvd. It is a prime location for a Trader Joes store...with parking.
