Original Comment Bought items from saks off 5th in Dec 2019. Some items did not arrive. Promo code was not applied online and when I had rung customer care they said they would refund shipping and the 60% promo &quot;celebrate&quot;.<br /> No refund has been received after numerous telephone call on 1/14 then 2/10 then2/14 then 3/6. Every time they said &quot; I personally assure you that the refund will occur within 7 working days&quot; . Company does not give refunds! It changes the amount of refund on every telephone call and makes promises that refund will be made but it never happens.<br /> I question the integrity of the Company.<br /> I would recommend buying anything from saks off 5th online and would not trust them.<br /> Very poor service with no credibility
