Sanyo is a joke, bought two of the same exact Blu-ray players one plays everything i put in it, the other only plays dvd, and doesnt paly blu-rays. I called customer service was told i would have to pay for servicing so asked to speak to a supervisor waited for and hour was told he was ready to take my call. but then customer service hung up on me after putting me back on hold for another 5 mins. Called back and was waiting in line for a rep, to pick up the phone for an hour. Hung up called back and lone behold the wait was magically cut down less then 10 seconds before rep had picked up phone. by this time im angry and had raised my voice to supervisor, supervisor told me thats my one warning not to yell at him like he makes the constitution that says freedom of speech besides when talking to a Customer service rep. Oh wait no there is no such law that protects them from a angry customer raising a voice but if i cuss then thats is a different situation. But i didnt cuss so i am with in my legal rights. what gives companies the right to impede on my federally protected laws. I dont care about company policy if its impedes my laws. Like i cant record them but they can record me, hello im In kansas and i have the right to a one party consent and i always consent. so screw your company policy our government thats includes the company in the U.S as Sanyo has this same government and that government laws say i can record without you telling i cant, so i will be taking my recording to my lawyer.
