Shame on Ralphs!!!! The Ralphs location in Encino, California has arbitrarily ignored the mayor's and governor's orders to keep at least 6 feet of distance from one another. Aa of last week, March 30, Ralphs doesnt limit the number of customers in that store at one time. So, customers are standing shoulder to shoulder. Ralphs is being extremely irresponsible and putting our community at risk of COVID19 at a time when the world is in a health crisis. 25% of the virus carriers are Asymptomatic. Shame on Ralphs!!!!
