Original Comment I purchased a pair of glasses on March 14 2020. I have not received them. No one can tell me when. Customer Service has no idea what I should do. They say they sent a email and that has had no results at all. I understand what is going on in the world today and with our country. I have tried to be patient however I can't see a end to the problem at hand. Surely there was a plan in place for this. You took my money I want my glasses. Would someone pass this on to someone in a management position so they can contact me.
