I Am A Premium Member! I Am Also "sixty Eight Years Old " & A Retired Former General Manager & Vp Of Neiman- Marcus! I Know Customer Service & I Know When I Am Not Receiving It, Nor What I Am Paying For! I Have Been Waiting For Over 5 Hours, Tow Truck Left Hour Ago! I Had Requested Transportation, Rental Car! Was Informed That I Would Receive! Not! Instead A Lyft Vehicle Arrives, I Inquire As To The Disinfected After Last Customer! No! He Proceeds To Hand Me A Bottle Of Purell, For Me To Sanitize & Says We Can Drive W/ Windows Down! I'm Still On Hold W/ Aaa! I Am A Very High Risk Member, Systemic Lupus, Secondary Copd W/ Asthma, 3 Forms Of Arthritis In My Hands, & That's Just The Beginning! Now Aaa Protects Their Drivers, Which Aaa Should! Though To Endanger Myself Is Unacceptable! I Have Every Intention To Seek Outside Advise. I Will Cancel Aaa Premier & My Aaa Vehicle Insurance! Then I Will Start Posting On Social Media! Remember, If You Have A Good Experience You Tell (one) Person! You Have A Bad Experience And You Tell (ten) People & On & On
