Original Comment I am completely shocked at how I have been treated and what I continue to go through with this bank. In March they closed my acct without warning and I had to wait 10 or so days to get my money. On April 15 my stimulus check went to Simple because at that time there was no way to change your bank info and that is where my tax return went. I am raising two grandchildren 9 and 10 years old and the last week of February was the last time I worked due to the virus. A couple of days ago I decided to call Simple and see when they sent my check back to the IRS. I was told that it is still there sitting in a closed acct. It has been there for 1 month today! No one will tell me why they didn't just send it back. I dont know how long they would of kept that check because no one informed me they even had it. I have been hung up on twice by customer service and have sent two emails with no response. My grandchildren and I have really been barely surviving. Please I just want my check. That is all. Please help me. We truly have nothing right now and desperately need it. Thank you, Tana Berberette
