I would like to start by saying ADT customer services and billing dept give very poor service and assistance. I have had problems with automatic withdrawal stopping for no reasons that they can provide over the last year. Than I am sent Bill's for two months. I have called several times to provide the same finacial institution information We were credited two months the last time back in February 2020. This last time I called I again got a two month bill because they did not restart automatic withdrawals at the end of the credited period. I sent a letter in the mail to request service cancellation. I called a day later deciding I should speak with a person due to passed experiences with ADT. I was told the cancellation request would be noted in my account until the letter arrived. I got a two month bill again via email. I called and was told there were cancellation of service on my acct. I asked if I pay one month today for May will you cancel the second month bill for June 2020? I was put on hold several times within 30 minutes telling me they were working with billing reconciliation. Billing finally comes on the line I explained I no longer had a job did not know when or if I would get another job. The person continued to offer different offers that I said I was not interested in and why I wanted to finally be done with ADT if they would work with me. The person kept going on about they had lost their job information that had nothing to do with me. I told them I have double jeopardy I am a senior citizen. Good by! Bottom line ADT you have been replaced good riddance! Never everABRV again.
