Original Comment My tablet was stolen and even though I paid $30 insurance on it that was not put on my bill so therefore I lost out $45 on just a tablet let's see I used a Metro virtual card made a $10 payment that $10 payment was taken off of my account now my Metro virtual card I can't login to can't find a nothing and also when I got that that wasn't even the full $50 that was only 35 let's see what shall I keep going now my phone goes back up to the original price they screwed up my numbers when you full my account when you pull up my account its going to say that there is no insurance the 10 dollar payment that i used off of mertopcs vutrul card is is gone and i can't access that card at all i also wanted to get my previous number straight talk back and one lady that tried to do it linked the previous number to my phone and amd told me she could get that numbet back but u was told that that number can be used cuz when i was with straight talk i had my number changed to the one i have now
