Original Comment I recently contacted your support center duty to a wrong advertised price on the web. One support person told me it would be honored and after waiting over an hour on hold your other support person was very rude and said somehow you cannot honor a wrong advertised price on the web because you dont control what the web price is advertised. Don't you pay people to put these prices on the web to draw customers to your site. Again this week the brother scan and cut is being advertised as on sale. But when you try to put the cupon on it that says on the web that it is for it. It will not allow you to do so. Last week it said it was 50 percent off this week it says 30 percent off with the exact codes that are on your site. I have all the pictures of the codes and the misleading information.
