Original Comment I have had this same issue with this store more than 4 times. The Wendy's at 551 Donelson Pike has the worst service. I asked not to have certain things on my burger and everything I asked not to be on my burger was on it, cheese, mayo, ketchup. Spoke to the manager and he did not seem too concerned. I know it hard to find good help these days when people can sit at home and get paid for losing their jobs or being laid off. I get it. However customer service is still a real thing. I don't encourage people to eat at this location because they don't do quality check on your food and the employees are smoking right as they enter the door and the next thing you see is them at the window handling your food. No gloves. Did they was their hands? Now I'm here with money lost and food wasted.
