Called round table at 6:18pm, no answer <br /> Called round table at 6:20pm and was on the phone with 4 different employees for 37 minutes trying to resolve an order issue. <br /> <br /> There was a young lady... she was relaying messages to whom she said was her supervisor. <br /> I told them my order was incorrect. She told me it was correct. <br /> I told her I ordered half pineapple half cheese as stated on my grub hub order. She said sometimes the special instructions for orders do not show up. By the way one of my special instructions was to have extra cheddar cheese, which was on my incorrect order of a large full pineapple pizza. So the full instructions were seen by the employees. <br /> She spoke to what she says was her supervisor and She offered me a personal cheese pizza and told me to come pick it up. (Which I had used a delivery service to order my pizza) <br /> I did not want to accept that offer when I was supposed to get half cheese pizza on a large pizza. So in reply to her offer, I asked for a medium cheese pizza. She put me on hold and came back saying they will give me $7 off for a medium cheese pizza but cannot give me a medium pizza in return for their mistake. <br /> I got upset and yelled at her and asked to speak with her supervisor instead of her relaying messages back and fourth. <br /> <br /> Her &quot;supervisor&quot; to whom she was speaking with about the issue, got in the phone with &quot;how may I help you. At this point I have my husband the phone because the order was in his name. We kept them on speaker phone. My husband went on to explain the issue. The &quot;supervisor&quot; read the order and said that the order was put in incorrectly by my husband and there was nothing they could do. My husband then stated that he just read his entire order and explained how they got the order wrong. We were out on hold so the supervisor can speak to his supervisor. He got back on the phone and pretty much said there was nothing he could do but give $7 off a medium pizza &amp; explained how we turned down a personal cheese pizza. My husband explained that he doesn't want that, he just wants what he ordered which was half Hawaiian half cheese. This supervisor then said &quot;let me get you over to my supervisor&quot;<br /> This person named Tyson, gets on the phone and stated he is the assistant general manager. He gets on the phone to say &quot;how may I help you&quot; <br /> Here we are again, explaining the incorrect order to the wrong person and just asking to return the wrong made order to get our correct order made. <br /> Tyson offered to remake our order then quickly changed his mind. He read our grub hub order out loud, clearly stating half cheese, half Hawaiian and Tyson went on to ask us why was this order entered in wrong as if we were the employees. He apologized and said that there is an error on grub hubs end where it doesn't give you an option to actually check the box stating half and half. And he assured he will contact corporate to contact grub hub to have it fixed. And then he offered $10 off a medium pizza. My husband then went on to say, he only wants the correct order and will give back the incorrect order. We were out on hold while Tyson spoke to his general manager.. Tyson came back in the phone again with no solution. We asked to speak to his manager because there is just too much message relaying... <br /> <br /> AJ the general manager gets on the phone and says &quot;how can I help you&quot; <br /> Whew, here we are again explaining the entire situation of the incorrect order. AJ goes on the read half of the order in the special instructions section and we then ask him to continue reading it... he said that's it. And we said no there is more, the last 3 employees on the phone have already read it. Then AJ goes on to read the order. Still stating that it is incorrect on our part. At this point our kids are hungry. All we wanted was our correct order. Eventually AJ offered to remake our order and have it delivered to our home. He said it will take about 25 mins or more. <br /> It took 1.5hour to get to us. We hung up with AJ at 7pm. We called to ask an estimated time for our pizza, she said she needed to text the driver. She then got back on the phone to say the driver will be there in a little bit because the driver is just now leaving round table. It is now 8:15 and still no pizza.
