Original Comment We called another internet service and didn't realize we got transferred to HughesNet because of our location until I had already agreed to everything. The service was awful. We had the wheel of death through anything and everything we tried to watch or play. Ive called them On several occasions trying to get the box they send to return there stuff and always told the same thing. We've mailed it. You should have already received it. If we don't get it back in 30 days you will be charged 300 to 400 more bucks. I am already being charged 350 bucks for early cancelation. The first one put in a request to cancel my service but never canceled it. It's been an ongoing nightmare. I would never recommend this service even to my worst enemy.
