Original Comment Email up and down for 5 days. Multiple calls to "Customer Support". They tell me they will get back to me ... via email! Yeah .. the same email that doesn't work!!! What is Host Gator's policy on acceptable down time? Obviously 5 days is acceptable. Is it 7 days? 10 days? 14 days? 30 days? Just tell me. How many days doe Host Gator consider to be acceptable down time?
