Original Comment I went through drive thru at Murphysboro IL location last friday, ordered two chicken dinners. I was told it would take 16 min. which was fine. I paid and moved up, approx 25 min later a worker comes out with three chicken orders and proceeds to hand them out to three other cars that orders after me. I tried to ask worker where my order was because I was certain they had given it to the wrong car since 5 of us were waiting. Worker just yelled you'll have to wait wouldn't even listen to what i was trying to tell him. 10 min later another worker comes out and she listened to me and asked what i had ordered because they had given my order to someone else. So after waiting 53 minutes for two chicken dinners they finally brought my order out and not one "Im sorry for your wait". I was so furious it took me hours to calm down.
