Vallejo branch- $200. Missing from deposit.(2, $100. bundles of ones) manager upon request flat outright refused initial request for video review. Called Bank of the West Corporate security camera division and was transferred to Executive Department message machine & left a message requesting review of camera in merchant deposit room on October 5, 2020 approximately 2:40 Customer wearing a grey baseball cap at Bank of the West Vallejo initial deposit transaction was two sacks of quarters passed through secure portal inside merchant room.
