Original Comment Haywood Mall, Greenville, SC <br /> Ordering glasses:<br /> The manager added fees without consent for a 1 year warranty. I had to request that be removed and reimbursed.<br /> Today, I go into the store to pick up my daughters glasses, and the female staff wanted my daughters old pair in exchange!!!<br /> I asked why....<br /> She said EEP was written on her order.<br /> I had to ask 3 times what that stood for. I was not informed of this<br /> during the process of ordering, and feel I can not trust this store and the staff.<br /> I flat out told her I was not exchanging my daughters glasses, we paid for them and they are ours!<br /> She was snarky and rude....<br /> I'm glad I didn't order my eyewear, LensCrafters has lost our business. <br /> Taking advantage of charging hidden fees, manipulating so as you don't see a print out or explanation of their ridiculous add ons is unprofessional, and criminal intent.<br /> This store needs investigated for its deceitful practices.
