I bought 4 brand new Whirlpool appliances in 2017..within 6 months the freezer died...they have been here every year since bc the freezer keeps dying...they're giving me the run around about replacing this piece of garbage but I HAVE to allow them to keep repairing bc I have no choice..I called them this past Saturday to say the freezer died again, Wind service, sent a man out to look at it, never even took his jacket off or pulled out a screw driver..just looked and said it's out of freon..was in my house 10 minutes..Wind Service, affiliated with Whirlpool, can't come til Thursday...Sunday, the very next day, the entire fridge died...they can't come til Thursday..I had to go out and buy a mini fridge...This service is APPALLING...NEVER again will I buy Whirlpool...they should be ashamed of themselves...
